Wednesday wonder...the truth about lint traps

I wanna know....just exactly how many fires have actually been caused from not emptying the lint trap.  Does this happen often?  Or is it just something our mothers have told us for years???

Oh so many things for me to wonder.

Speaking of which...all this wondering has got me reminiscing about a certain Adam Sandler scene from Mixed Nuts.  Enjoy...also...if you haven't seen the movie....NETFLIIIIX!.  

MJ Memorial @ The Arlington

There's probably a few hundred people here at the Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara for a big screen viewing of the Michael Jackson memorial. Mosef and I are two of them. People in the theatre are clapping, people are crying...you can hear sniffling all around. Lionel Richie is performing right now, and We are the World is slated for the finale. It's only Tuesday! ¡Uuuufff!

UPDATE:  2:33pm.  The memorial was saaaaaaad.  Al Sharpton, Usher, and Stevie Wonder really took the cake for me.  Amazing amazing stuff.  The only downfall was that Santa Barbara's broadcast of CNN's coverage was interrupted 3 TIMES by the monthly emergency broadcast system.  3 times.  One of which was right as Stevie Wonder was speaking before he performed "Never Dreamed You'd Leave in Summer" which weaved nicely into "They Won't Go When I Go."  

(Sigh)

I need a nap.  Poolside at the dub will suffice.

You like how I just snuck in Stevie as if you wouldn't notice?  As if you wouldn't notice that Stevie was up here like two weeks ago...well here he comes again.  My recent free time has afforded the me the privilege of diving deep in the depths of YouTube (even deeper than I already was) and I was surprised when I saw this live version as I haven't seen any live You and I's.  I shed tears.

Today is one of those Thondays for me. 

GOOD MORNING!  "Shitter's full!"

Reminder:  Michael Jackson is dead.  Whoa.  I know, I know we're all over talking about it and hearing about it.  I just can't help but feel strange still.  To me its the like ultimate solidification of adulthood.  A strong symbol of kidhood awesomeness is gone.  26 years on this polluted earth and MJ was there.  No more moonwalks, no more "he-he's" or "sha-mon's."  It's gonna feel weird for a while.  In the meantime I will carry out his legacy through his music, as he would have wanted...and as all the 87 million media outlets are telling me too as well.  I shall cease Michael talllllllllk, NOW! 

Liberian Girl f. Hollywood and the Recording Industry

I can't think of any other artist that had such immense popularity to draw as many famous people into his own music video as Michael did.  Liberian Girl had EVERYONE in it.  Such as:
